Killing Floor informational posts added

Finally published some drafts I had for Killing Floor:

• KF best tactics for each map
• How to join a friend's KF game
• Gimli that Axe achievement

Not sure why I was holding on to those, but I did get to update the 'best tactics' post with the new maps for the Summer event. I wish the AdSense worked better on that site. Needs more gaming ads and less car ads in my opinion. Now I need to do an achievement page for KF soon.

Epic Meme Generator

I'm having a hard time keeping up with new blog content, so I prefer sites with user input. I recently stumbled on a meme generator script for WordPress for $20 and installed it as the Epic Meme Generator. I'm hoping to use it myself and hopefully others will too to add new memes to the site. I'm guessing it will mostly be me but still it will help me add content as I've been totally slacking. :P

Fallout New Vegas game review done

Finally got back to my gamer blog and wrote a post for my Fallout: New Vegas review. To be honest I'd rather be playing games than writing about them but I'm hoping Gravity Boom makes me more than a few pennies. Right now I just have some Google Adsense on there but at least most of the ads are about gaming and that's a huge market.

Pemi Shore Cottages added to Yelp

Yup, finally got through and was able to verify this account and get a Yelp business listing for Pemi Shore Cottages. Haven't seen it in the search results yet but there's probably a delay until all the databases are updated with the new info. Still it's a start. Now the scary part is waiting for reviews.

Baking brownies with too much frosting

Okay we tried making Hershey's Ultimate brownies yesterday... the brownies themselves were fine but the recipe for the frosting was just too much! Had to scrape half of it off and even then probably just a bit too sweet for our tastes. Well at least now I know.

Brownies brownies everywhere

Yay I made a facebook page for my brownie recipe site, and I have a few likes with a little help from my friends. I need 25 though to get a unique url. Now I'm just waiting on our local Latina Fashionista to make the next batch. She cray-cray.

NH articles for the Pemi River

I think I'm done for now writing NH articles for the Pemi River. I might get some links to them here and there but I'll wait and see what the search engines think of them. I wrote some for boating, fishing, biking, hiking and even hunting on the Pemi. Actually I learned quite a bit even though I've been going up there for years. Next trip I'll be using my own guides to find some new places. I'm particularly interested in kayaking, hiking and biking. Many of these places on the Pemi I've never been to, and I want to rectify that.

About the Yolomancer blog

This yolomancer blog is a sounding board for my life as a webmaster. I have my personal website for webmaster related posts, but I want this to be more for behind-the-scenes thoughts, for both personal and business ideas. Basically it's going to be an online diary filled with blah blah that I don't expect anyone to read. :P
